Treat drivers and staff respectfully.
Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services.
Not impersonate another person or use false information.
Where payment functionality is available:
Charges will be displayed before confirmation where applicable.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
Refunds are subject to the transport operator's cancellation and refund policy.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms are determined by the transport operator using the App.
Applicable cancellation fees, if any, will be communicated by the operator.
Certain features require access to your device's location.
Location access is optional but may be necessary for features such as:
Selecting your pickup location.
Navigation assistance.
Journey tracking.
You may disable location permissions through your device settings, although some features may no longer function correctly.
The App may send notifications relating to:
Booking confirmations.
Driver updates.
Journey reminders.
Service announcements.
You may manage notification preferences through your device settings.
The App, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and content, is owned by Bern AI Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No rights are granted except those expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Service Availability
We aim to provide reliable Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Bern AI Lab does not guarantee that:

All bookings will be accepted by the transport operator.
Journey times or arrival estimates will always be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bern AI Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Bern AI Lab provides the software platform only. Transportation services are provided by the transport operator, who is solely responsible for the provision of those services.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you:
Violate these Terms.
Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
Misuse the App.
Compromise the security or operation of the Services.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
